By accessing or using webuggle IT service' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
webuggle IT service provides IT services as described in individual service agreements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and SLAs are defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) for each engagement.
Payment terms are specified in individual invoices or contracts. Recurring services are billed monthly/annually in advance. Overdue accounts may result in service suspension.
Upon full payment, all custom-developed code and content becomes the client's property. webuggle IT service retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
webuggle IT service's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
